This O'SKOOL router lift features a 3.5" diameter carriage and is compatible with popular 3-1/2" router models such as Porter Cable, DeWalt, Bosch, Skil and Craftsman, ensuring versatility and ease of use. The insert plate size is 11-3/4" X 9-1/4" accommodating most of commercial router tables available in the market.
Crafted from CNC machined 3/8" solid aluminum, the insert plate boasts exceptional flatness. It incorporates 10 set screws for precise leveling adjustments. Additionally, the inclusion of 3 locking cam wheels eliminates any gaps in the router table opening, guaranteeing consistent mounting position during every installation.
Oval mounting hole
The screws of oval mounting holes can be adjusted to suitable positions according to the locations of the router table style holes, then lock them in place.
Cam wheels
Cam wheels can be used to adjust the gaps with the router table to prevent the router plate from vibrating.
Leveling screws
Leveling screws can be used to adjust the top and bottom flatness of the router plate and router table.

The height adjustment screw has a pitch of 20 teeth per inch, meaning that each revolution adjusts the height by 0.05 inches. The inclusion of a zeroing index ring with a 50-angle scale allows for precise control, enabling adjustments as small as 1/1000 of an inch. Additionally, the height screw locking device prevents any minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work.
There are precise centerlines on both sides of the router plate that can help you find the center positions of the bit quickly and effectively. The 2-inch scale can help you adjust the fence quickly and effectively. These features make you spend less time setting up and more time routing.
When setting up and adjusting the router, you can make adjustments directly on the table without having to reach under the table, the router lift makes the adjustment quick and easy.
Rotate the hex hole of the micro-adjustment dial to lift or lower the carriage as needed to position the router bit, every full revolution of the adjusting crank moves the carriage and changes the height of the router bit by +- 0.05," which is the distance change of a thread. So you can make exact bit height changes.

The RTS05 router lift is designed for router motors with a 3-1/2'' diameter (10.99'' circumference).
If you're uncertain about your router motor's diameter, you can refer to the manual or use a tailor's tape to measure the circumference. Measuring the circumference is a simpler process compared to measuring the diameter.
