Shipping

If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after placing the order.
United States: We ship orders to all 50 contiguous states. Currently, we are unable to deliver to postal boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. protectorates/territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands.

We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $20, and a flat shipping fee of $8 for all U.S. orders below $20. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 1 week, depending on the shipping location and destination.

Consumers understand and agree that after placing an order with the Merchant, the Merchant or the logistics provider has shipped the goods and the consumer has received the goods, the system will normally update the shipment status to "Received".
If the system is abnormal and does not update the status of goods, the Merchant will contact the consumer and confirm to the consumer that the goods have been received, the consumer agrees that the Merchant may change the status of the goods to “Received” by itself in order to complete the transaction.

As mentioned above, if the consumer does not cooperate with the Merchant to confirm whether the goods have been received or not. After 14 days, the consumer agrees that the Merchant have the right to change the status of the goods to “Received” in order to complete the transaction.

International orders: 
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States mainland.

During an online payment, 3DS requires users to enter a one-time OTP (One-Time Password) for verification. Only after successful authentication can the transaction be completed. This ensures that only the cardholder can make payments, protecting against unauthorized usage and enhancing payment security.

Q3: Why does 3D verification fail after entering credit card details?
A3: Common reasons for 3D verification failure include:

  • The credit card does not support 3D-Secure authentication.
  • Incorrect 3D-Secure password or OTP.
  • The issuing bank is not enrolled in the 3D-Secure system.
  • Network congestion or system issues with the issuing bank causing a timeout.
  • Unsupported browser detected by the bank or credit card system.

A5: There are two types of 3DS authentication currently in use:

3DS2: Uses biometric authentication or SMS OTP (One-Time Password) for identity verification. This version is compatible with multiple devices and provides higher security.

Q6: What is an OTP, and how do I receive it?
A6: OTP (One-Time Password) is a dynamic transaction password sent by your card-issuing bank. The OTP will be delivered via SMS or email, depending on your bank’s policies. Please check your SMS inbox or email during the payment process to retrieve the OTP.

Returns

If you have any issues with the purchased products or are unsatisfied with them, please notify us within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us via the email provided below to obtain a return authorization. Please do not return items to us without authorization, as it may result in the inability to receive a refund.

If you wish to return a product, the only way to do so is by following the guidelines below:

1.All items eligible for return must include all original descriptions and packaging.
2.Please ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Before returning anything to www.oskooltools.com, please email us at oskooltool@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
3.Once you have received authorization from O'SKOOL for your return, we kindly request that, before dispatching the product, you include clear photographs or videos showcasing its condition. Ensure the outer packaging is visible. This step aids us in assessing the product's state upon return, preventing disputes regarding potential damages during transit. We strongly recommend securing the item in sturdy packaging to maintain its integrity during the return shipping process.

For Amazon Purchases:
If you purchased your product on Amazon, please contact us directly if there are any product issues. However, if the reason for return is due to purchasing the wrong item or dissatisfaction, please ensure the product is in its original, complete packaging and process the return directly through Amazon's return system.

Refunds

At www.oskooltools.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products. Each product you choose undergoes thorough inspection, checking for defects, and meticulous packaging. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
If any item in your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 30 days. Please contact us, and our customer service team will assist you in replacing the damaged item or processing a refund. Defective items cannot be exchanged for different items. If necessary, you will be required to return the item for replacement or refund (depending on the circumstances).

Please note that items damaged due to improper installation or use cannot be considered defective, and in such cases, we will not provide a refund or replacement.
We will inspect the returned products promptly upon receipt, and if they meet the above criteria, we will proceed with the refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to process, but you will be notified once the payment is received.
